Employee Involvement

• Education - All employees must attend on going training sessions in safety, chemical handling, transportation regulations, and termite innovations.

• Resources - Our company incurs the cost of training our employees with the belief that continuous learning is an investment in the future. We also have an education center equipped with videos, slides, and technology materials.

• Encouragement - In an effort to promote expanded duties, our company has an education/skill gaining reimbursement plan upon completion of any outside education.
